Emerald

I spent five months standing up a GTM function at Emerald Innovations, an MIT lab spinout building touchless biosensors. I was brought in to shift the strategy from a licensing-model, data-gathering instrument to a subscription-based analytical tool for clinics. I scoped, narrowed, and sourced the ICP from scratch and ran outbound, connecting with 47 independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities across the Northeast. I brought 16 into discovery and closed with a pilot offer at a Boston-based SNF.
