Rowing is hard. Teaching people to row over the phone is even harder.
In 2024, Google unveiled its free vision model, allowing our team to create a program that grades your rowing technique through a phone camera set up to the side. I worked closely with the product team on the creation of the feature and a new gamified platform for evaluating and improving rowing technique.
In the run-up to launch, I led a film production in Brooklyn and demoed Coach AI at CES, landing announcement coverage in Forbes and executing a full lifecycle campaign that boosted reactivations by over 20%.
